Play as Cell (2nd form) - Defeat Cell two times in Android Saga story mode.
Play as Cell Junior - Defeat them with Teen Gohan "Super Saiyan 2" in Android Saga story mode.
Play as Dabura - Defeat Dabura using Gohan "Super Saiyan 2" in Majin Buu Saga story mode.
Play as Dr.Gero (Android 20) - Defeat him with Krillin "Kuririn" in Android Saga story mode.
